We can accommodate jobs up to 900mmx900mm for Hardening and Annealing treatments.

Our Aluminium and Stress Relieving furnaces have a capability of 1400mm diameter and 1300mm Deep.

Case hardening is limited in size due to the job having to be placed into a carbonizing box please ask for more information regarding this service. 

The TUFFRIDE baths are 600mm in diameter and 600mm deep and can take a job up to 700mm long when laid at an angle.
